Former Ukrainian refugees from USSR open a small restaurant in Brighton
Beach, but their eldest son, Yuri, chooses a different path and becomes an arms
dealer. Yuri's new profession coincides with the collapse of the Soviet Union,
and he sees an opportunity to return to his homeland and gain access to the
vast, uncontrolled stockpile of weapons.
